Prior to starting People Stuff, I was Vice President of Human
Resources and Administration for the Iwin Corporation, a Los
Angeles-based Internet company, where I led the company's
organizational growth from 35 employees to more than 125 employees
within a 6-month period, resulting in Iwin being successfully sold for
nearly $100 million. I provided leadership on staffing, benefits,
organizational planning and compensation. In addition, I provided counseling on all employee relations issues and employment law. I was also responsible for general workplace enhancement, where I instituted several well-received employee programs, including company
retreats, a fitness and wellness program, daily on-site catering, and
more.
Earlier in my career, I served as the
Regional Human Resources Manager of the Einstein/Noah Bagel Corporation,
the Golden, Colorado-based bagel company, where I provided human
resources support for more than 800 employees and administered training
programs. I also served as the Director of Recruitment and
Administration for The Haffner Group Inc., a legal recruiting firm in Los Angeles, specializing in the placement of attorneys with boutique to international law firms, and as a
recruiter for The Lucas Group in Irvine, CA, where I began my career in recruiting, specializing in Sales & Marketing.
I earned my B.A. Degree in Sociology from California State
University, Long Beach. While I reside in Redondo Beach, CA, I am available for projects in Los Angeles, Orange County, Northern California, and Phoenix, AZ. No relocation assistance is needed.
